Do You Know Your Employer Service Representative?

Employer Service Representatives are assigned to each county to provide information and services to the agencies within that county. Field representatives are available to answer any questions a reporting official may have regarding the policies and procedures of Kentucky Retirement Systems. Please note that several regions have been assigned a new representative.

Employer Service Representatives will also be responsible for retirement education for both members and employers. One of the primary goals of this division will be to promote and develop retirement education for your employees by coordinating with your agency. Many of you completed retirement education surveys indicating your preferences with regard to educational services available through KRS. This team will be responsible for implementing programs based on those responses.
